Once we have a clear understanding of our your objectives, we move on to the design and concept development phase. Our team of architectural designers and engineers work collaboratively to translate vision into tangible design while considering functionality, sustainability, aesthetics, and your budget.
When the design concept has been finalised, we start the planning and permitting phase, taking into account regulatory requirements, site conditions, and logistical considerations to make sure that the project complies with New Zealand’s building codes.
Once all necessary permissions are obtained, we move into the construction phase. The Taiao team can monitor construction to bring your vision to life using sustainable natural materials and environmentally friendly practices wherever possible.
When construction is complete, we can provide documentation required by local councils and other regulatory entities to facilitate a smooth transition.
